Sign ups are now open here!
The collection will close for sign ups at 23:59 UTC on Monday 2 July. View the countdown here.
You will be matched on ONE relationship tag in ONE fandom ("OR" matching). As a writer, as long as you write an M- or E-rated fic for that relationship, you will have fulfilled your assignment.
If you have preferences about the type of Mature or Explicit work you want to read, please use the Optional Details section to explain these. You may DNW ("Do Not Want") particular types of content, as in any exchange, but please do not use DNWs so restrictively that your writer effectively has to write one specific type of fic (e.g. "DNW: anything that's not fluff").
The tag set is here. Please note that sometimes tags do not appear automatically when you start typing in the sign up form - this is a longstanding known issue on AO3. If this happens, you can still request/offer the pairing, but you must ensure that it appears in exactly the same form as the version from the tag set - it is easiest to do this by cut and pasting.
The requests summary is here. Please note that a small minority (around 1%) of tags have migrated between fandoms.
Please bear in mind that for various reasons, some ships appear in more than one fandom. Potential matches may "miss" each other if the request and offer are in different fandoms. If you are keen to avoid this, please keep an eye on the requests and ensure that you are offering in the requested fandom (since offers are not visible but requests are).
The sign up summary will appear here once at least five people have signed up. Please note: a recent AO3 bug means that, when viewing the sign up summary, it may seem as though you are logged in as another user (possibly using a different AO3 skin to your own default). This is not in fact the case, but is the result of the summary having been cached. As soon as you click on any links within the page, you will be back in your own AO3 account.
Update: whether by mod error or AO3 bug, the signup form contains an Optional Details box for offers as well as requests. Please be aware: if you write in the box for offers, it will not not be taken into account!
