You will be matched on ONE relationship tag in ONE fandom with ONE medium and ONE freeform tag ("OR" matching).
If you request multiple relationships in the same slot, please ensure that all freeforms in your request apply to all ships. e.g. if you request Luna Lovegood/Ginny Weasley and Hermione Granger/Bellatrix Lestrange in Request 1 with "Sexual Content - Consensual" and "Sexual Content - Non-consensual", this means your gift creator could give you Luna/Ginny noncon; be sure you want all combinations!
As a creator, as long as you create an M- or E-rated work for that relationship and freeform, in a medium your recipient has requested, you will have fulfilled your assignment. As a recipient, if you have preferences about the type of Mature or Explicit work you want to receive, please request the appropriate freeform tag (you may of course elaborate on your likes in your Optional Details). You may DNW ("Do Not Want") particular types of content, as in any exchange, but please do not use DNWs so restrictively that your creator effectively has to create one very specific type of work, e.g. "DNW: anything that's not fluff".
The tag set is here. Please note that sometimes tags do not appear automatically when you start typing in the sign up form - this is a longstanding known issue on AO3. If this happens, you can still request/offer the pairing, but the tag entered must be exactly the same as the version in the tag set - it is easiest to ensure this by copy-pasting.

- For both requests and offers, you need a minimum of 3 fandoms, and can have a maximum of 10. You can use more than one slot for the same fandom, but you still need a minimum of 3 distinct fandoms overall. (AO3 will not enforce this automatically, but mods will be checking manually.)

- For medium, you can choose either or both of "Fanart" and "Fanfiction"; these are chosen using tickboxes in the "character" area of the sign up form.
- For freeforms, you can choose from: Other M/E-rated Content; Sexual Content - Consensual; Sexual Content - Non-consensual; Violent Content.
